Loved the duck breasts confit style cooked in oven for 15 mins at 170 deg celcius. Didn’t grill skin to make crispy but it tasted as good as roast Peking duck in Beijing.

We registered for this farm on the I_SITE website. We arrived at the farm, which is located about 10 km from the city of MOTUEKA in the heart of a beautiful valley with a river flowing through it. We arrived in the evening at the farm, which is located at the end of a dirt road on top of a hill overlooking the herds of sheep and deer that belong to the farm. The landlady welcomed us with a beautiful and cordial face. She showed us the cottage, which is made entirely of wood like the farm house itself. The place and the cottage are charming and also include breakfast. The owners are very warm and welcoming. We took a walk in the farm area near the forest that also belongs to them until almost dark. In the evening, I cooked steaks on the fire. It was very successful and recommended.
