If you need/want anything for your home Smiths city is the one stop shop. We needed a small house load of furniture, whiteware, etc and bought everything there. Salesman Gary was amazing and helped sort everything out, Caleb was equally as good with the TV technology (which we know nothing about) recommend Richmond store 💯

Needing a fridge 2 weeks before xmas, with an impending wedding, we had an urgent problem, however Gary at Smith’s in Richmond rose to the occasion. He was friendly, knowledgeable, promptly returned calls and was willing to go the extra mile. With the wife having spent hours on the phone she found his responsiveness was exceptional and a great relief. Larger and more competitively priced companies cannot compete with this level of personalised service. He put his heart into it and he did it well. Highly recommended.
