Sam at Spec savers Richmond Mall was excellent in every regard. He was friendly, knowledgeable and made everything super easy to understand. Nothing was too much trouble. He made the whole experience easy and pleasant. Highly recommend Sam for all your vision needs !!!

Popped into Specsavers last minute because my daughter lost her glasses… and honestly she’s BLIND without them. Like actual mole status 🐀😂 Caitlyn at the front desk and Claire deserve medals. Or wine. Or both. The patience of actual saints dealing with my 17 year old, Paris Hilton–influenced diva who suddenly had VERY strong opinions on every frame in the building 💅🏼🤣 They were so kind, so calm, and somehow managed to guide her to a pair she’s now absolutely obsessed with (miracle workers tbh). Thank you so much ladies — you made what could’ve been a full meltdown situation actually enjoyable. She’s buzzing for her new specs… and I can finally stop shouting “CAN YOU SEE THAT?!” every five minutes 😂

A great experience from expert staff made choosing and fitting my new glasses very easy I was a bit nervous as I hadn't used progressive lenses before but the help I received put my mind at ease.
