Sprig + Fern Motueka

A group of 8 dined at the Motueka Restaurant where a table had been booked not only for my birthday on Friday but for 4 other birthdays during the last week and 2 others in a fortnight. The booking was made by my son who has dined at your establishment a number of times. He's quite fussy about food however swears by your place. What can I say about our meals? A number had fish, 2 had chicken pasta and the 3rd steak.All the meals were pardon"damned" fantastic.Sitting back here in ChCh I could come back for another dinner if I could. The service atmosphere etc was a 12 out of 10. One of the staff kindly took group photos for me without a hesitation. All I can say is Sprig and Fern Motueka you are the best.I will be back next time Im in Motueka. Well done to you all Cheers Sharron Hampton

Great pub, got all the Sprig taps plus their choice of other beverages. Good food, friendly service. Options of ambience for seating including upstairs, by the fire, near the bar and in the covered 'outside'.

Just the best ever Salads! I had the Haloumi and Avo - Hubby had the Thai Beef Salad. Devine! Hazy Beer was the best I’ve ever tasted. I usual don’t drink but did a wee taste test.. couldn’t resist! Atmosphere brilliant. Love the friendly staff. All are so happy!

If you're planning on going out only once during your stay in the area then this is the place to go to. Food is great as is the choice of beers. But hands down it has the best atmosphere in town. There's a real community vibe going on; a mixture of 'just-finished-work-and-I-need-a-pint' workmen, families young & old coming out for scoff, and groups of friends going out-out. Love it!
