I came into subways a couple of day ago about 8 that night the older lady that was there saw me stressed out and so nice and calmed me down made my food beautifully and so so caring and understanding and made sure I was OK before I left

My partner and I have popped into Subway Motueka twice over the last few weeks, and both times we’ve walked away really impressed. The food was great, and made exactly how we asked. On our most recent visit, we were served by a young trainee, Maddie (if I caught her name right). She was so friendly and welcoming, had a great sense of humour, and made the whole ordering process really easy. The sub was perfect. The first time we visited, we were served by I think it was Teri, who was just as lovely. The best Subway we've had in a long time. All the staff have been very polite and professional. A very relaxed atmosphere as a customer. Patience and manners go a long way towards helping staff out during a stressful shift. Highly recommend.

Food was beautiful, the asian lady that served me followed my 'special' instructions perfectly. She told me that she would not be able to properly wrap my overloaded sub and she said this VERY clearly. Communication and service was amazing. Give her a raise.

Food is fresh and ready in a timely matter. Staff are always pleasant and friendly. Do think the decor is dated, could do with an upgrade. Overall a great experience and left with a full belly
