Tapawera Hop Garden
About
Hop Revolution operates two hop farms in Tapawera and Kohatu, in the Motueka River Valley, Tasman District. Founded in 2014 by plant scientist Dr Susan Wheeler, it grows nine hop varieties across 220 hectares on land either side of the Motueka River. Hops are harvested towards the end of February and processed with Wolf picking and drying equipment. The company is accredited by Global G.A.P.
