Highly recommend . Terry and his team did an amazing job at securing a timely sale at a great price for us. We came to Terry after a previous long stint trying to sell our property with another agent unsuccessfully, and we were impressed at the number and quality of offers Terry brought to us, and his evident negotiation skills. He is a hard worker and his communication along the way is second to none. The end result was fantastic and our only regret is not listing with Terry earlier.
