Tessa Mae's - Gifts & Homewares (Mapua location)

Excellent Service from the staff then personal assistance form Catherine the owner . Tessa Mae’s had a jewellery box I loved but I preferred the same style in white . The staff member went out of her way straight off the bat to try and source the box same day . No luck so advised they would call supplier when open ( holiday period) I was going back to Chch and over the next week had excellent updates ultimately unfortunately the box was no longer being made . At this point Catherine again contacted their supplier to see of any other business had ordered and then sent me the names of the other businesses who had been supplied the boxes so I could contact . Fantastic experience and people - Will definately be back to shop when next in Mapua and reckoned. This beautiful shop to everyone !

Love it, full of all sorts of wonderful, artsy things from paintings to ornaments to aroma therapy necklaces! Wonderful, friendly service, relaxed atmosphere! Definitely recommended!

This place is absolutely awesome. The best customer service I have yet to find anywhere else in this area. The owner took such care with the return of the goods I purchased, she replaced and deliver the goods, now tgat is what service iscall about.
