Customer service is exceptional, went to buy a chainsaw chain which was out of stock, the lady at the counter was super friendly and helpful. I asked if they sell joining links and was supplied a handful of them, she refused to take any money for them. It’s the small things that count and I will certainly be back to purchase some chains when they are back in stock. Highly recommend dealing with them.
