About
The Waters is a bed and breakfast on the Kina Peninsula in Tasman District, set above Tasman Bay. It has four suites, Aria, Oriwa, Moana and Tahuna, each around 40 square metres with a super king bed and flat-screen TV, and suites include kitchenettes. Guests can use a swim spa with an adjustable current, and the property includes the Aumoana Beach Bach venue for day functions.

Just a wonderful experience staying here for 3 nights. Lou and Aiden are amazing hosts and nothing is too much trouble. The views are stunning the villas perfect. Easy access to the beach. Would give it 6 stars if I could

Lovely stay and a wonderful host. The space was very relaxing and refreshing. While it would have been nice to have a sink and stovetop, and a TV in the bedroom, these were minor things overall. I didn鈥檛 get to stay as long as planned, but the views were beautiful and the furry visitors were absolutely adorable 馃グ breakfast was 馃憣

Lu and Aiden make this exceptionally located place even better!! Each room looks over a private beach!! in one direction and a pond in the other!! It鈥檚 a quiet, out of the way in a good way, oasis.

What a lovely place and located right on the water. The rooms are really cute with great views. The beach is a very short walk and it's awesome! It's nearly deserted with spectacular views of the mountains.The managers, Rob and Lena, are super people with very polite and cute children. We got fantastic massages from Lena.
