Tinline Campsite
About
Tinline Campsite is a walk-in or boat-in campsite in Abel Tasman National Park, on the Tinline to Anchorage section of the Abel Tasman Coast Track. There is no drive-on access. It offers 15 non-powered tent sites and forms part of the Abel Tasman Great Walk, with bookings required through the Department of Conservation. Dogs are not permitted; other pets follow conservation land rules.

Nice walk, check the tides if you want some beach to sit at for a picnic, spotted dolphins swimming in the bay.

Lovely grassy campsite. No views of the beach though, but the beach is only a short walk away. Probably a bit more sheltered here than the campsites on the beach. Long drop toilet and water taps - though the DOC signs advise to treat the water

Classic DOC campsite. Lots of space. Toilets and water: needs boiling / filtering / treatment. Good location just by the track and not too windy thanks to the trees. No rain shelter.
