Vailima Orchard
About
Vailima Orchard is a family-run apple orchard on the Waimea Plains near Hope, in Tasman District. Named after Walter Hoddy's time in Samoa, it is now run by third generation orchardists Richard and Susan Hoddy with sons Tristram and Matthew. The orchard has extended across several properties and trials new apple varieties as part of the Luv'ya grower group.
