Hop Revolution is a hop-growing business founded in 2014 by plant scientist Dr Susan Wheeler. It operates two farms near Tapawera and Kohatu in the Motueka River Valley, in the Top of the South Island, growing nine hop varieties across 220 hectares. The farms use Wolf picking and drying technology and are accredited by Global G.A.P. Hop Revolution is one of New Zealand's largest independent hop growers, selling hops directly to brewers and offering a downloadable recipe book.
